| If you can successfully freeze something that is raw without first blanching it, the freezing process leaves most enzymes intact. There are not a lot of raw foods, other than fruits, than can be successfully frozen. | |

| Je pense que si on veut les utiliser tel quel, les légumes (ou même les fruits) décongelés sont plutôt moches! Mais dans un smoothie, la différence ne doit pas être SI terrible! Toutes mes baies sont congelés. Par contre, je ne congèle pas de verdure ni autre légume. Alors, que dit Nomi à ce sujet??? | |
