Banana Pan Cakes dehydrated banana leather cut into circles topped with beet tinted agave nectar
pan cakes: blend as many ripe bananas as you like in a food processor, smooth out onto the plastic sheet that come with dehydrators & dehydrate until dry on both side~but not crisp. When dry cut the "leather" with a circle cookie cutter & stack circles on top of eachother. Drizzle with agave.
to tint the agave pink : dehydrate chopped beet until hard & stir the beet pieces around in the agave sauce~strain out beet chunks.
